I am not a teacher, but an awakener. –  Robert Frost

My Mission is to help women find Life Uncluttered. Life Uncluttered is to live true to your life’s calling and distractions that keeps you from being the best version of you. Unlock the magic in the life you were meant to live!

My background and qualifications include: Former nurse, teacher, and homeschool/stay at home mom. I’ve always been the gal that folks have sought out to get a word of advice, a book recommendation or encouragement.

My areas of focus are: Healing from chronic pain, Parenting, Homeschooling, Realigning with your Authentic Self, and Home management.

I’m committed to my on-going education and read on average, a non-fiction book a week. Usually, I’ve got my nose in 3-4 at a time. Additionally, I am pursuing certification with an national coaching agency.

My Philosophy:

We are wired for connection – with ourselves and with others.

We are born with a mission to fulfill and we find our happiness and joy when we live inside that mission.

Change takes work – but it is doable and bears fruit far more valuable than the cost to achieve it.

The younger generation needs the older generation to model Life Uncluttered.

Fear is the biggest obstacle we humans must overcome on a daily basis.

Making lasting change isn’t just behavioral – it must begin in the heart.

Information is helpful but transformation is the key to lasting change.

Love – for self and others – is the only way to true freedom.

Some of the people who have influenced me include: Richard Rohr, Seth Godin, James Altucher, Dan and Joanne Miller, Eckhart Tolle, Carol Dweck, Alan Watts, Jon Kabat-Zinn, John E. Sarno, Steven Ozanich, Elizabeth Gilbert, Viktor Frankl, Brene Brown, Martha Beck, Gabor Mate, Sir Ken Robinson, Chris Davis, Lissa Rankin, and many others.

My Values

Live Authentically – I don’t do bullshit and I don’t play reindeer games.
Serve Wholeheartedly – This sometimes means saying “No” wholeheartedly too.
Learn and grow – Information is important but it is applying that information that brings transformation.

Here’s more on my approach to coaching:

Coaching is not counseling. Nor is it mentoring. The whole idea of coaching is based on the idea that the answers and wisdom you’re seeking are already within you. The role of a coach is that of a facilitator to help you find the treasure within.

I do this through one-on-one sessions via in person, phone or Skype. Have a pen handy as I’ll likely have book recommendations for you.

Price: 60 minutes / $99, or 90 minutes / $149
Session is paid in advance via Square Reader, Facebook or Paypal. 24 hours notice required for changes or cancellations. All sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase.
