Labels are for Soup Cans !
I am available to speak to your church group, civic groups or homeschool event. My presentation, Labels are for Soup Cans, will have you re-evaluating the labels placed on your child. Prepare to be encouraged! Here’s a few comments from previous attendees:
Theresa Lode has a wit that will keep you laughing while she reaches deep into your reality with new insight about how to view labeling, child rearing, education and family life. She is a modern version of Erma Bombeck with wisdom women need to hear in today’s busy world. Joanne Miller, Board Member, Christian Women in the Marketplace, www.cwmnashville.com
Theresa Lode was more than just an entertaining speaker at an event—she is truly genuine. She shared endearing stories of her own family in a way that not only made you want to know them better (and hear more funny stories), but also made you feel as if she were talking to a dear friend. She shares her heart in a humorous and accepting way, addressing oftentimes negative labels with real understanding and compassion, embracing the people behind the labels and the beauty that makes them unique. Ashley Logsdon, wife and mother
Theresa is the next Erma Bombeck! I love her writing, her speaking and cannot wait for the world to find her.She will stimulate your mind, make you laugh and hit your hot buttons all in one talk. You ‘ll leave refreshed, humored, motivated and inspired. Deby Dearman, Songwriter, Photographer

I am a counselor in private practice. I have also been a school counselor. In both of those positions, I have dealt with parents of ADD kids who are in despair. I would be very interested in pointing them in the direction of another parent in the trenches. I would also be interested in recomending your new resource.

I just now read your e-book you forwarded to me. Whew. What a lot of information. I loved it….thanks for all you do. And taking a few minutes to guide me. I feel like GOD has put certain people in my path, be it in my foots path or an e-path.

I enjoyed reading your eBook on A Parent to Parent Chat on ADHD. You certainly covered most of the major aspects of dealing with these challenging kids. I thought your writing style was easy to read and the bits of humor helped the reader to see the struggles you had dealing with the “professionals…Overall I feel your book can be a valuable resource for parents who need to get up to speed to get their children help. Your greatest asset may be in helping parent to be in the drivers seat to guide the treatment of their child.
